The vision for a boutique search firm, capable of truly specializing in client needs, came to CEO Jane Banser in the early spring of 1993. At the time she was engaged in multiple searches on behalf of Gerber Baby Products in Fremont, Michigan. Fremont Partners was born from this experience, a business focused on connecting clients with the most exceptional candidates.
